[hylafax-users] In place upgrade instructions anyone?

Does anyone know of a good document to support
performing an in place upgrade (overwriting an
existing, working copy) of Hylafax?  I'd like to move
to the latest 4.2.2 release candidate in the most
seamless way possible.

Advice or a URL appreciated.
