I assume you'd just do something like -
ldapsearch {bind credential stuff} -LLL
"(&(objectclass=account)(objectclass=inetOrgPerson)(facsimileTelephoneNumber=6163611124))" mail
- adding whatever bind credentials you need and dig the mail value out
of the result.
