Then there isn't really any issue.  In faxrcvd just take the number and
lookup in LDAP to get the mail address, yes?  There are LDAP CLI
utilities probably already installed on your box: "ldapsearch"  Or you
can write a separate program to lookup the mail address from an inbound
fax number and call that from the script.
