[hylafax-users] Cover Page Issues

Hello,

I am having trouble creating a custom cover page to use with Hylafax.  I have created the file I want to use and gotten it into postscript several different ways.  I set up a printer on a windows 2000 box to print to a file using the Apple Color LW 12/660 PS driver and have printed both a pdf and a regular ms word text file to it.  I have also used pdftops under linux to try to convert the PDF.  I then go into the file and delete all of my XXXX marked areas and replace them with the appropriate variable.  However, no matter which method I use, when I use faxcover with the cover sheet and dump the output to a file, the words and/or numbers that are inserted by faxcover look horrible.  The letters are either spread too far apart or jumbled atop one another.  Do I need to use a specific font?  I am running Fedora Core 4 with Hylafax 4.2.1 on my workstation and eventually I hope to use this coversheet on a server running Cent OS 3 and hylafax 4.2.1.

Thanks,

Mason Sanders
