Well, I do have them, of course.

These are the options that I might alter, but I don't think that would help:
# Controller 3, B-Channel 1
HylafaxDeviceName: faxCAPI31
OutgoingController: 3
Controller: 3
(of course there are four sets of these options for each channel)
