Your ServerTracing isn't working. Usually "ServerTracing: 0xFFF" will be sufficient. Then restart faxgetty and then send the call through again. Then look at the logs. You should see the RING message, at least. Send the FaxGetty (only) logs if they don't make the problem obvious.
