Please switch to Class 1 and try again. If your modem doesn't support
Class 1, then you may be having this problem due to some kind of
misconfiguration (like flow control or something such). If it is not
that, then you pretty much will have to seek support from the modem
manufacturer for a firmware fix and upgrade or you will need to get a
new modem.
What kind of modem is this, and what chipset does it use?
