Where should I put the KillTime parameter??
in
/etc/hylafax/hfaxd.conf
or
/var/spool/hylafax/etc/hfaxd.conf

These two files are probably the same thing. You put the option here if you want it to apply to all submissions.

or
/etc/hylafax/sendfax.conf
or
/var/spool/hylafax/etc/sendfax.conf

These two files are probably the same thing. You put the option here if you want it to only apply to sendfax submissions from this host.

or
/etc/hylafax/hyla.conf
or
/var/spool/hylafax/etc/hyla.conf

These two files are probably the same thing. You put the option here if you want it to only apply to client submissions from this host that read hyla.conf (so probably it amounts to the same thing as sendfax in this case).
