Benoit,

In order to help you and others save some time I'm suggesting that you post a complete log as the amount of info that you have included will not help anyone troubleshoot your issue.

Also make sure that you have something like:

SessionTracing:         0x4F

In your modem config files (i.e. config.xxxx) to capture the highest level of detail.

That being said. Does your problem happen all the time or only occasionally. Because you'll often get that error message when there is line noise, someone picks up the phone or the remote hangs up unexpectedly. A session ending like this every 10 or 20 faxes is completely normal.
