[hylafax-users] Sending faxes in bulk from Cypheus don't expand coversheet

I am supporting a Cypheus user and a very annoying issue arised when trying to send faxes in bulk.

Despite the coversheet configuration being made as indicated, the "expansion" (value replacement) was not happening. For each fax, all values appears as originally typed ("<FROM>" and so on), instead of the actual value.

Since the primary activity for this fax user is to send around two thousant faxes per week, this is very annoying.
