[hylafax-users] Cleanest install of HylaFAX on SLES 9?

I've got a few new SLES 9 servers set up at client offices, and I need 
to get HylaFAX running on them. SUSE does not package it for SLES9, so I 
need to find another path...

I'm comfortable building/installing from source for my own system, but 
not for a client system that others need to maintain. Anyone got a 
suggestion for a clean way to install on SLES9? It'd be ideal if the 
install integrated with CUPS for print-to-fax support without too much 
effort :-)
