[hylafax-users] notify for failed sent fax with attachment

I am trying to get notification sent to FaxMaster that included an
attachment of the original fax (hopefully in pdf format).  I have been
through bin/notify and I also edited etc/FaxNotify.

I placed the following in FaxNotify:
NOTIFY_FAXMASTER=yes;
RETURNFILETYPE=pdf;

the notifications I am getting do not contain anything in the way of
attachments, not even unencoded ones.

can anyone help me in the right direction
