Re: [hylafax-users] email2fax gateway question...

Andrew,
This page is the email information.  I use the faxmail utility to actually send the email to the sendfax command. I have AutoCover set to no.  I don't know how to remove the first page of the email.

Thanks,
Rueben

is this page the auto generated cover page?

if so just add -n to the sendfax command.

do a man sendfax to see what i mean.

if this first page is part of the jpeg, then you might have to break it into 2 jpegs.

Subject: [hylafax-users] email2fax gateway question...

Greetings,
We are using hylafax as an email2fax gateway.  Everything is working great, except we would like to remove the first page of the fax.  We send an email with a jpeg attachement from a database that is sent to about a hundred of our customers.  The first page contains the From, To, and subject text and the second page is the actual information.  We want to remove the first page and only fax the second page. Does anyone know how this can be acheived?  I have Googled, searched mailing list and have not been able to find this piece of information.  Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thanks,
