[hylafax-users] TIFF Files

Hello all, 

I am using hylafax-4.1.8-21 on SuSE 9.1 as a faxserver.
I have an USRobotics External Modem connected to ttyS0.
I am also using Cypheus 3.02.4240 on my desktop to view incoming and outgoing faxes. 
I can not receive faxes correctly. The files i receive as a tiff file are broken.
In log files i have found following lines:

May 02 18:34:00.85: [ 2451]: SESSION BEGIN 00000271 70959813814
May 02 18:34:00.85: [ 2451]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.1.8
May 02 18:34:00.85: [ 2451]: <-- [4:ATA\r]

May 02 18:34:56.44: [ 2451]: ANSWER: Ring detected without successful handshake
May 02 18:34:56.44: [ 2451]: SESSION END

I tried to deactivate "Adaptive-Answer option" but nothing has changed. 

Is there anyone who has any idea?
