[hylafax-users] Problem sending fax

Hi,
i'm trying to set up a hylafax server, but have a big problem sending faxes.
Receiving fax works very well ! but when i try to send, it add it to the queu list correctly :

# faxstat -s
HylaFAX scheduler on debian.yannos.com: Running
Modem ttyS0 (0561259633): Waiting for modem to come free

JID  Pri Date       Time     Sender Number         Pages Dials Status
6    127 2005/04/28 09.23.34 Nahuel phonenumber    0:0   0:12

But as you can see it does not have status.
Then in the syslogs, i can see that when hylafax receive the job it change the modem status and come back to normal status :

I don't know from where it comes.
If someone have an idea please answer me in private and the mailing list( i'm not subscribed ).
