[hylafax-users] Cover...

I have a document whit my cover.

I pirnt the document a file with the printer Apple LaserWriter 16/600 PS,
but when i send a fax, with this cover, i say the variable, but i don.t see
the valor of the fields fax, company, sender, etc....

How i do it?
