Not that I particularly want to encourage this kind of thing, but if 
someone really, really wants to stick with an old version and yet needs 
some "small" feature from a newer version, then it should be possible to 
backport them from the patches hung on Bugzilla.

If ECM is the feature you're after, though, then it is not a "small" 
feature.
