[hylafax-users] T.30 T1 timeout question

Hello together,

I have a MultiTech for outgoing (ati0 gives "LT V.92 1.0 MT5634ZPX-PCI-U 
Internal Data/Fax/Voice Modem Version 1.32f") in a RedHat9 box, with 
hylafax-4.2.1-1rh9 (from rpm).

When sending to one destination, I repeatedly get the error mentioned in 
the subject line, and the log as shown below (many identical copies 
except for timestamps).

The "no answer" seems rather inaccurate since it is clear the other side 
picks up (and I've phoned it with a normal phone to see that it indeed 
answers with modem-noise).

Does anyone know what this is trying to tell me or how to correct it or 
work around it?

I also occasionally get "check modem power" (see second log below).

Any help appreciated.
