When trying to receive a fax, /var/log/messages shows:

>Mar 14 08:05:52 server FaxGetty[5432]: <-- [11:ATS13=1&D2\r]
>Mar 14 08:05:52 server FaxGetty[5432]: --> [6:RING A]
>Mar 14 08:05:52 server FaxGetty[5432]: --> [2:OK]


As you told me, because of "RING A" (distinctive ring on the modem or from
the telco), I added 

  RingFax: "RING A"

in the modem config file, and now it works fine.
