I added this parameters to modem config file:
Class1PPMWaitCmd:       "<delay:110>"
Class1TCFWaitCmd:       "<delay:110>"
Class1SwitchingCmd:     "<delay:110>"

However same problem occures: "No response to EOP repeated 3 tries"

I switched to Class2.0 and now it works fine, at least for this 
problematic fax recipient.
