This shouldn't happen as frequently as 1 in 15 faxes. For the frequency, I'd blame your RMIII.


As for the problem, it's possible that if the RMIII supports (and I don't recall if it does or not) AT+FAR=1 that HylaFAX could be enhanced to support that feature, and that would serve as a workaround that would probably help in at least some of these cases.
