[hylafax-users] fax call not being answered

I cannot get the hylafax to answer a fax call.

hylafax is setup on a fedora 3 platform and using a lucent winmodem. The modem 
functions correctly with kppp. Hylafax is set to answer after 1 ring 

HELP!!!
