i was supposed to be getting an exact copy of the email forwarded to the
smtp via a script, but when i re-read 'man faxmail' it said it let you know
whether or not the attachment was there, and that isn't the case for me. So
my guess is that i'm not getting the attachment with the email. Is there a
quick way to confirm this? 
 
Denny, i'm using freebsd so i just 
pkg_add -r unrtf

but you might try looking at http://oss.ezic.com/ 's  rtf2ps if you are on
another *nix

Dan, this doesn't answer your Question, but I've been looking all over for
an rtf to ps converter.
 
Could you tell me where you got it?

Ok, after a lot of reading and a lot of tweaking i have almost tamed the
hylafax beast.

My issue. Hylafax isn't faxing any attachments

My setup so far

I can email {faxnumber}@domain.com and the body of the text will be faxed no
problem, which is great.

but, most of the emails it is going to be getting have rtf attachments. I
have a program to convert rtf to ps, but i can't get it to print an
attachment at all.

any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

ps. i followed another post and tried setting up faxmail/application/ with a
rtf script, but there wasn't any change.
