Uhh, "used" is not "gray". "Gray market" usually refers to a product 
that is _new_ being sold outside its authorized channels, where the 
buyer can expect limited or no support/warranty from the manufacturer, 
even though the product is new.

"Used" is entirely different :-) Nobody expects to get any support or 
warranty from the manufacturer..
