[hylafax-users] Any idea .. what are these packets?

Hello list:

I am trying to install HylaFax on my FC3 box.
I havn't have good luck yet.

I am getting this when tried to run faxsetup

[root@sauger sbin]# ./faxsetup

Found encoder: base64-encode
Found encoder: /usr/bin/uuencode
./faxsetup: line 790: capture: command not found
Looks like /usr/bin/uuencode does not support base64 encoding.
Checking system for proper client configuration.
Checking system for proper server configuration.

what is capture?
what package provides 'capture'?

  -h, --help      display this help and exit

  -v, --version   output version information and exit
[root@sauger sbin]# uuencode --version
uuencode - GNU sharutils 4.2.1

why faxsetup is saying my uuencode doesn't support base64
what I am missing?

I have posted only two lines.
according to the log, my host is trying to send something to
www.hylafax.org:25415.
Any idea, what my host was trying to send to www.hylafax.org:25415
