Is the Respond.exe client "popping up" to allow you to input destination 
info when you print from your Windows workstation to the "fax" printer? 
Have you checked to see that you can telnet to localhost 5555  on the 
Windows workstation and cause the Respond.exe client to "pop up?" Also, 
Sambafax is not meant to be used with respond/printfax.pl - for Sambafax 
your destination fax number has to be embedded in the document to be 
faxed. With Respond/printfax you enter the fax number in the Respond 
client's popup dialog, so the Respond client has to be running on the 
Windows workstation(s).
