Stefan,

0x3400 or 0x3490 is normal. You're not likely to get much help for that 
message as everytime a voice call or fax comes in that's what the call 
ends with.

You might want to (if you haven't already) confirm that the other number 
has the fax machine plugged in, see if you can receive a fax ok and try 
with a different fax.

Also make sure you have -
LogTraceLevel:          4

in config.faxCAPI when trying again, but usually capi4hylafax is not 
very helpful.
