They're probably talking about an E1 PRI. That's a slightly different
thing than the usual "ISDN" that most people discuss here.
a)Does that mean that if i purchase an ISDN line with 30 channels,
HylaFax would see it as "30 different modem lines" and would
concurrently support 30 outgoing faxes at any one time ?
Yes, with the right hardware.
