1) The receiver acknowledged the fax was received OK, so for HylaFAX  all is
ok.
2) You could try upgrading to 4.2.0 which will support ECM that usually
helps with problems of some random missing line; without ECM some missing
line may be considered "normal" if phone line is not perfectly clear.
3) Why you added a delay of 100ms after every command? Unless you have a
special reason for it, comment it out.
