[hylafax-users] image dithering

I'm trying to send a fax message using Hylafax.There is a PDF document
which is converted to PS file using pdf2ps (a gs utility) before
sending the fax. The color images in the fax received message looks dithered. I
tried converting color images to grey scale, also set  the resolution
to fine mode with no success?..Is there any other solution to this?...
