I use capi4hylafax to use Hylafax with CAPI. faxgetty is replaced with  
c2faxrecv and faxsend with c2faxsend. (Don't know if there are other  
ways to do it.)

There might be a permissions problem.
Some versions of Hylafax don't set the supplementary groups when  
changing user. This is a problem if the user which tries to transmit a  
fax is a member of the group of /dev[/isdn]/capi20 but does ot have  
acces permission by user ID or primary group ID.
