I have a broader experience with the MultiTech MT5634 line 
(MT5634ZPX-PCI-V92, MT5634ZBA-V92, MT5634ZBA-DID, ISI5634PCI-V92) than 
I do with the Zoom 2920 (I only have a single one of the 2920s in 
operation).  In all cases my error rates are less than 1%.

From recollection the internal MultiTech PCI modem runs around 
US$100.  You may find them as low as $85, I suspect.  The Zoom was 
less, I think, but I don't know if they make the 2920 any more.  Zoom 
certainly would offer you less support than MultiTech.
