[hylafax-users] Adding a modem

We have hylafax running in a send-only environment on 3 ports with no
problem (ttyS0, ttyg00, ttyg01)

We are NOW trying, without success, to add an additional modem to our
hylafax server (ttyg02). We run:

1) faxaddmodem ttyg02

2) faxmodem ...

with commands and settings with identical setup as the working ports (all
our modems are the same (ie. Multitech)) but the server does not seem to
recognize the new port?

The port and modem work as we can 'cu' to it (ie. cu -l ttyg02) and
probemodem ttyg02.

FIFO are there (/var/spool/hylafax)
prw------- 1 uucp uucp 0 Nov 24 16:34 FIFO
prw------- 1 uucp uucp 0 Nov 9 15:59 FIFO.ttyg00
prw------- 1 uucp uucp 0 Nov 11 19:46 FIFO.ttyg01
prw------- 1 uucp uucp 0 Nov 24 15:20 FIFO.ttyg02
prw------- 1 uucp uucp 0 Oct 27 18:05 FIFO.ttyS0

CONFIG files (/etc/hylafax/etc) are there:
-rw-r--r-- 1 uucp uucp 148 Oct 27 18:05 config
-rw-r--r-- 1 uucp uucp 2671 Nov 18 13:35 config.ttyg00
-rw-r--r-- 1 uucp uucp 2673 Nov 18 13:37 config.ttyg01
-rw-r--r-- 1 uucp uucp 2671 Nov 24 15:20 config.ttyg02
-rw-r--r-- 1 uucp uucp 2673 Nov 24 15:38 config.ttyS0

Is there something we're missing on getting the server to recognize the
new modem?

Thanks in advance,

Jim Ginn
