Programming Word macros is a "higher" order language than programming 
in C, but that doesn't make programs written in Word macros better than 
a similar program written in C.

Class 2 and 2.1 are just "higher order" than Classes 1 and 1.0.  
They're not particularly better.

When you run faxaddmodem in HylaFAX 4.2.0 it explains this.
