Just a note to say 'me too' - I am also seeing the c2faxsend process just sit 
for ages repeating the same data, and I've tried both the ftp.isdn4linux.de 
firmware and that found in Eicon's latest drivers, without success :/

I used have have this working perfectly, then I moved the box from a direct 
ISDN2e connection to behind a PBX... and the PBX engineer say 'everything's 
working fine, mate' 

It's not a HylaFAX issue because I'm testing without HylaFAX or c2faxrecv 
running.. just doing:

qax:~# c2faxsend  -f TIFF -d 808716616494 
-C /var/spool/hylafax/etc/config.faxCAPI11 -v test.tiff

and getting 

Dial and starting transfer of TIFF-File test.tiff with fine resolution.
Connection established.
        StationID =                    .
        BaudRate  = 14400
        Flags     = HighRes, MMR_compr
Page 1 was sended. - Last Page!
Fax file completely transfered to CAPI.

The one of these blocks every 90 seconds or so...
