You´re using whfc, so it´s possible to send one document to many 
receipients. You can do it by seperating the fax numbers by a colon (;), 
also you can set phonebook entries for groups of receipients like this. 
If you don´t want to use a colon you can change this in the system 
settings of whfc in the field phonebook seperator. This is a bit 
misleading name for it, but if you read the documentation of whfc 
completely you will understand what´s about it.
