[hylafax-users] Incomming tif is unreadable



Greetings list,

I've been using HylaFax for some time now and recently installed a new
server machine to act as my fax server.  Everything was working fine with my
old server but now on the new server when I receive an incoming fax 1 out of
about 25 tiff files come out all scrambled.

I'm using the same modem (MultiTech MT5634ZBA) and hylafax version (HylaFAX
(tm) Version 4.2.0rc2).

The tiffs that come scrambled always look very similar, with black streaks
going from left to right all across the page, there are never any eligible
lines in the whole file, although the TSI information is kept intact.

The log of the transmission doesn't show any errors but I have included is
for reference:
