Yes.  The current pace on its development is whenever I have free time 
and it's at the top of the list of the things that I want to do with 
that time.  If there are other developers that are working with that 
any more, I don't know.

The -devel list is active, it just hasn't been archived at hylafax.org 
for a long time now.
