This page used to not be faxed with older versions of the RelayFax 
client.  Looks like some mail formatting changes have taken place in 
the client... or perhaps some changes with metamail.

Essentially you need to look in the faxtmp directory when the process 
is occurring and watch what files are created and then change this part 
of .procmailrc:

:0 ic:faxtmp.lock
| rm -f $METAMAIL_TMPDIR/mm.*

such that it will remove the appropriate file.  The MIME part for this 
section used to be unnamed and thus got saved to disk as "mm.<$RANDOM>".
