The person whose IP address is 81.72.105.230 is infected with a Bagle variant 
which is sending out mail to the Hylafax users list.

Looks like you might want to add "cpl"  (which was the extension on the virus 
file, "I_search_for_you.cpl", which I received via the list)  to the blocked 
lists in those procmail recipes.
