In HylaFAX version 4.2.0 I use, like suggested, this string

I send a fax i can set the the baud rate with string Class1TMQueryCmd:
"!3.24" ,but when i try to set the baud rate in order to receive with
string Class1RMQueryCmd: "!3.24" the modem receive to 14400 bit/s.
Can you help me?

I don't understand what you're trying to say.

Class1RMQueryCmd should influence reception speeds.
Class1TMQueryCmd should influence transmission speeds.

So if you're concerned about only receiving faxes, then you only need to set:

Class1RMQueryCmd: "!3,24"

in your modem config file with HyaFAX 4.2.0. You do not need to use Class1TMQueryCmd at all, and you must use a comma (not a period) to separate the 3 and the 24.
