I have fixed the problem. Before I installed gcc3.4.1 using sunfreeware
solaris package. I just downgraded to gcc3.3.2 and it works fine. Thanks
again.

Basically you are missing a library or a package.
Maybe glibc, glibc-dev or fileutils.
