[hylafax-users] Wierd Hylafax Error

I am getting the following error when trying to send a pdf file through hylafax. It is a dynamically generated pdf file:

**** Warning: An error occurred while reading an XREF table.\

I was unable to find any reference to an XREF table. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
