Ray,

There are numerous threads in the archives discussing no response to 
MPS or EOP errors.  I suggest that you look there first and then ask 
for clarification before asking us to repeat ourselves (the answer can 
get lengthy and is very time-consuming to write again and again and 
again).

If you're not using 4.1.6, 4.1.7, or 4.1.8 then I recommend upgrading 
to one.  Using 4.2.0 may also help in that some machines seem to behave 
better with ECM protocol than with non-ECM (or maybe HylaFAX's ECM 
timings are just better-written than its non-ECM, hehe).  ;-)
