Actually I did, it is what he is using now instead of
eGIX.  It is *his* customer trying to send him a fax
into HylaFAX.

Not that I can see.  There are no faxes in the log
that are anywhere near the time frame of this one.

Thanks for having a look at the log.  I'm not sure
where to go from here.
