The quick answer is that no, HylaFAX cannot do this now.

Some work has already been done to accomodate doing this kind of thing 
with faxes (called "batching") because faxing has a protocol that makes 
batching possible in the first place.

I don't know anything about paging, really.

So my question to you is, does the paging protocol actually support 
batched pages?  If it does, then it could be implemented (but I'd not 
be the one to do it).
