I have found some process block ....

uucp      3868     1  0  2003 ?        00:00:03 faxq
uucp     19588  3868  0 Mar18 ?        00:00:00 faxq
root     19589 19588  0 Mar18 ?        00:00:00 [ps2fax <defunct>]
uucp      7586     1  0 Mar18 ?        00:00:00 faxq

I have kill this process and the problem is solved....
