I am just going by call completion rates and how many destinations were able
to receive a fax w/o redialling or abject failures.

You're a fortunate man, or an unlucky Canon owner.

For sending as well as receiving?
I've actually had little issues with receiving faxes properly, but then
again my needs in this area are minute compared to the outbound direction.
