[hylafax-users] sendfax works, clients do not

I currently have HylaFax up and running.
It receives fax and sends using the command line tool sendfax
perfectly.

So I went through the process of using faxadduser to add a user.

I have recently tried using several clients and none of them
are successful in sending a fax.

What am I doing wrong?
Are there any tools to debug this?
