You don't say what the problem is. The log looks normal.
However, when having problem with faxrcvd you should go into the spooldir
and run
sh -x bin/faxrcvd "recvq/fax00002.tif" "ttyS4" "00001323" "" "" "" 
and you'll see what's happening.
